 For a Holiday Cottage in north wales - Llysfaen View situated near Llandudno is a 2 bedroom semi-detached self-catering holiday home in the quiet village of Penrhynside.
The 4-star Llysfaen View is a charming non-smoking cottage which sleeps 4 + baby/infant in a travel cot. Completely renovated with gas central heating, fitted kitchen and bathroom, it is furnished in a modern style with neutral colours and exposed beams in the lounge and dining areas.
There are magnificent views of the coastline from the lounge, kitchen and both bedrooms. You can enjoy far reaching views of the countryside and coast from the rear terraced garden, which is accessed by a number of steps.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the property and guests are provided with a complimentary tea tray, cake, a bottle of either white or red wine for the adults and soft drinks for the children.
Although the cottage does not have its own car parking space, you may park on the lane to unload/load your car. Road parking is within 15 metres or guests are more than welcome to park on the owners drive which is about 200 metres down the lane.
